Privacy policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation.

We process personal data responsibly, lawfully and transparently, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (Official Gazette 42/18).

2. What data we process
- identification and contact data (name, address, OIB, phone, email),
- data on the metering point, meter readings and gas consumption,
- contract, billing and payment data,
- the content of enquiries, requests and complaints,
- data you send us using the forms on this website.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- performance of the contract for gas distribution and supply, Article 6(1)(b),
- legal obligations of an energy company, including system safety, billing and reporting, point (c),
- legitimate interest in handling enquiries and complaints, point (f),
- consent, for example for displaying maps on the website, point (a).
4. Recipients
We share data only when this is necessary for our activities or required by law, for example with the customer's supplier, the gas market operator, the regulator and the competent authorities, and with contracted processors bound by confidentiality.
5. Use of this website
- Browsing. The website does not measure visits and does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes the IP address and technical request data when delivering the pages, for security and protection against abuse.
- Meter reading and enquiry forms. Data entered in the form is stored in the website's protected database and sent through Cloudflare, Inc. to info@plin-konjscina.hr, and we use it only to process the reading or answer the enquiry. The stored copy ensures that the message is not lost if sending fails: it is deleted 30 days after sending and after 90 days at the latest. The sender's IP address is kept for no more than 15 minutes to prevent abuse. If sending is not possible, the form opens a prepared message in your email program, and we receive the data only once you send that message.
- Map. The OpenStreetMap map is only loaded with your consent, as described in the Cookie policy.
6. Retention
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and the periods required by specific regulations, for example accounting and tax rules.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to info@plin-konjscina.hr or by post to the company address; we reply within one month at the latest.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing has infringed your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
