Information for suppliers
As the distribution system operator, we give all suppliers access to the network under equal and transparent conditions.
Authorised contractors and inspectors
In our distribution area, work on gas installations and service connections may only be carried out by contractors we have authorised.
We recommend that customers check that a contractor is on the current list before agreeing any work. The lists are updated regularly.

Conditions for authorisation
Contractors who want to work in our area apply for authorisation. The conditions (professional qualifications, equipment and liability for the work performed) are set out in the rules.
Designers and approvals
For the design of gas installations and service connections we issue an energy approval and special and/or connection conditions. The request is submitted on the prescribed form, with a site plan and basic information about the building and the planned gas consumption.
Before starting work, the authorised contractor must send us the prescribed notice.
Price list of non-standard services
Services that are not part of regular distribution and supply (for example suspension and reconnection at the customer's request, or an extraordinary check of the meter) are charged according to the price list of non-standard services, adopted in line with the HERA methodology.
Public procurement
We carry out procurement in line with the Public Procurement Act and our internal rules on simple procurement. Here we publish the rules, plans and reports, and the list of businesses with which we may not sign contracts because of a conflict of interest.
