Since 2009, Plin Konjščina d.o.o. has been the natural gas distribution system operator for nine municipalities of Krapina-Zagorje County. The company is wholly owned by Termoplin d.d. Varaždin.
The company
Plin Konjščina d.o.o. is an energy company engaged in the distribution and supply of natural gas. As the distribution system operator, the company maintains and develops the gas network, connects new customers and measures consumption, and as the public service supplier it supplies households under regulated conditions. To businesses it offers gas supply on market terms, with offers tailored to their consumption, a clear breakdown of costs and professional support.
The company started operating on 1 January 2009, when the energy activities of Komunalac Konjščina d.o.o. were separated into a company specialising in gas. Its sole member is Termoplin d.d. Varaždin, whose experience and professional standards are applied in day-to-day work.

History
- Company founded
Plin Konjščina d.o.o. was entered in the court register on 31 December 2008.
- Independent operation begins
From 1 January 2009 the energy activities separated from Komunalac Konjščina operate as a company for gas distribution and supply.
- Public service supplier
Following a public tender, the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency appointed the company as the public service gas supplier for households in its distribution area, starting on 1 April 2021.
- Termoplin d.d. becomes the sole owner
Termoplin d.d. Varaždin acquired a 100 % ownership share in Plin Konjščina d.o.o.
- About 500 km of network
